A Small Cinema - Big Ambition!


Rotherham's First Film Festival opens Thursday 21st - Saturday 23rd April 2011, at the Old Market Cinema on the Corner of Market Street and Corporation Street.

Compress Media's 'Dole not Coal' will be closing the show as Saturday's Evening Feature. Starting at 8pm, the documentary reveals the history, impact and legacy of the 84-85 Miner's Strike from the Striking Miners' perspective through original interviews with Tony Benn & Dennis Skinner MP, together with men and women most affected by the strike.
